With a spacious facility sprawling over 15,000 sq. ft., and a new facility of around 10,000 sq. ft., Our machine shop are installed with CNC Turning center, Vertical machine center (VMC), Horizontal machine center (HMC) and equipped with world class tooling faclity from Kaizer - Switzerland and Zoller Pre setter - Germany. The incorporation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) for Hobbing, Reishauer Gear grinding, Gleason Bevel Gear Generator, Mitsubishi Wire Cut EDM and Lindner worm grinding has paved way for greater Accuracy and Precision leading to production of reliable and long lasting Quality products. Testing center include TESA coordinate measuring machine (CMM), which ensure correct geometry of the products produced and the usage of MAAG - Switzerland Gear Lead and profile tester ensures of the Quality gears.
